Project Finance Sim is a professional education tool from W-Labs. Participants act as the financing lead on a renewable energy project and practise the work of closing a project financing: technical, legal and environmental due diligence, building and testing the financial model, sizing debt against DSCR and LLCR covenants, negotiating terms with lenders, managing a lender syndicate and satisfying conditions precedent to financial close.
It is used in facilitated corporate training workshops for finance professionals. JavaScript is required to run the simulation.
